Nationality for UPSC ESE 2026
The nationality requirements for UPSC ESE 2026 are:

Stages of UPSC ESE 2026 Selection Process:
Stage I – Preliminary Exam 2026: Objective type papers including General Studies & Engineering Aptitude (200 marks) and Engineering Discipline paper (300 marks). Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks to move to Mains.
Stage II – Mains Exam 2026: Conventional (descriptive) papers of the respective engineering discipline, totaling 600 marks. Performance in Mains determines eligibility for the Personality Test.
Stage III – Personality Test/Interview 2026: Conducted for 200 marks to assess candidate’s suitability for Group A/B engineering services.
Final Merit 2026: Based on the combined score of Preliminary, Mains, and Personality Test. The final list is published as the UPSC ESE Result 2026.
